When booking E and H cleaning service please ensure the team have access to hot running water and electricity as carrying out a clean is impossible to do so otherwise.
If requiring and end of tenancy clean please ensure you have fully vacated the premises and removed all personal items from kitchen and bathroom areas. Although every effort is made to ensure we carry out the best service possible please be aware that any queries must be reported within a 24 hour period and that the property has not been resided in after an end of tenancy clean as failure to do so may result in further costs being applied.
To ensure quality is guaranteed please ensure that any items given to us using our ironing service are unsoiled, pet free and smoke free, failure to do this may result in you items being returned and additional charges may apply.
Any items which are damaged prior to using this service must be reported to staff beforehand as we can not be held liable or responsible for any other damages occurring as a result of this.
Prices for curtains and bedding will be given on an individual basis and a quote will be given on request.
Please note although every effort is made to accommodate our customers needs and give you the time slot you require and give you the same cleaner of your choice , if absence occurs or holidays we may have to substitute but will always provide you with another highly trained member of our team.
If you cannot keep your appointment we require 24 hours notice , failure to do so may result in additional costs.
Finally all of our staff are fully trained, insured and dbs checked . We hope you enjoy using our service as much as we do providing it.
